Dear Parent, We would like to invite your child to attend our Holiday Club! It will run from 10am - 12.30pm from Wednesday 2nd September to Friday 4th September and will be based in Bill Quay Methodist Church Hall. We hope that the weather will allow us to hold some of the activities outside in the Church garden or in Bill Quay Park. Refreshments will be provided. The theme of the club will be ‘High School Musical’ and the children will decide on a different activity for each day, choosing from vocal coaching, dance, sports, & arts and crafts, with a grand performance on the Friday! Children who are currently in Reception and Year 1 will be able to follow the same activities but in a separate group of their own.
The club is open to all children who have been at Primary School this year, and the full cost for the three days is £5. All adult leaders involved with the Holiday Club have been CRB checked and many are experienced teachers in local schools. If you would like your child to attend the Holiday Club then please could you fill in the accompanying Registration Form and deliver it either to the Bill Quay address above, or to the church letterbox. On the form we would ask your child to indicate which activity they’d be interested in doing each day, to help us with our planning! In order to comply with local authority guidelines, we have to ensure that all children are pre-registered before the club begins, and we also need to ensure we do not exceed our maximum capacity. Therefore, all registration forms should be received by Monday 31st August together with payment of £5. You will then receive an email or phone call confirming your child’s place.
